My name is Lael Emanuel Eisman and I offer Somatic Therapy to individuals and families seeking help with their health (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social), life challenges, and relationships. I am a registered somatic movement therapist with the International Society of Movement Educators and Therapists Association (ISMETA). Life is as tragic as it is beautiful. Overwhelming experiences of pain or hurt(trauma) get stored in our bodies, and create all kinds of disruptions, dysregulation, symptoms, and neuroses. These may be from events we can recall, but often these are unconscious patterns we have carried since before we even developed procedural memory. Luckily, there are techniques to listen and attune to these parts of us, restoring wholeness and health to body and soul. I learned these techniques on my own healing journey through debilitating dis-ease, and I offer these services because they helped me to heal when nothing else could.

I specialize in helping you feel better and more like yourself. This can be rapid, but often takes time as we uncover and remove or befriend blockages. If you have ever dug a hole, you know that it is the many small stones that keep the large ones stuck in place. Through trauma healing, emotional and relational healing, soul retrieval and recovery, and nervous system regulation, deep healing is possible. I use an integrative approach to help you come into your innate wholeness through awareness practices, expressive arts, and movement.

I work with people dealing with pain, anxiety, depression, overwhelm, ADHD, relationship and communication issues, grief and loss, chronic illness, cancer, confusion, addictions, and many other issues.
